Add to that:
* a bloated workforce of 27,0000
* a history of strikes

and you can guess how difficult it will be to sell the whole thing. Except if all the loss-making units are grouped in an unsaleable separate company.

Probably the new owner will not be interesred by the name! ;)

So, maybe purchase of aircraft, some equipment, traffic rights and slots and hiring part of crews/workforce.
