What about the future of the remaining OO-VLS?
And what about the other 'assets' from SHS Antwerp aviation?
Tradename VLM? Slots at LCY? AOC?
Apparently ,just after the stop of activities, there were quite some interested parties to take all this over in 1 'package'.
Has this been formalized already ? or still being 'negotiated' by the lawyers?

Time for someone with vision and guts (and money!) to create ALM now. :)

From that article: "Decision will (most probably) be announced before mid December".

The article is published 8/11. Isn't that the article of which was told here above that it was used as a stunt. Some persons, under which Herman Verbrugghen, were the people behind the virtual airline LaNova, as an advertissement stunt.

But I would have to look back here, or in the ANR topic to know for sure.
But I have my doubts if we can believe what this article sais...

if I'm not mistaken ALM is/was already taken by "Antilliaanse luchtvaartmaatschappij".

VLM Airlines N.V. still exists, in Brussels, with Harm Prins as CEO.

Birgitta Van Itterbeek (Monard Law) is no longer liquidator, thus leaving Youri Steverlinck (Monard Law) as sole liquidator:

If that is true, then they build a very good stunt if you take a look at there site: http://www.flylanova.com/
Mainly because there site is only in French & English...

From Februari you should be able to book flights and in April they should start flying.

That flylanova.com is nothing more then a website - a virtual airline without AOC without aircraft without crew. The only thing what is real about them, is the money they ask.

Wasn't that the aircraft used for spare parts for the rest of the fleet?

Thanks for the news : https://www.aviation24.be/defunct-airli ... ankruptcy/

I changed topic name, because there are a few news in 2019, and no need to create a new topic for a defunct airline.
