First Cologne, now Eindhoven and in the future Ostend. A lot of new destinations for Pobeda in a small corner of Europe.

The way it is published ("overdracht / transfert") seems to suggest that it's not reorganizing the company, but more "to sell what is valuable and then liquidate the remains".

Pobeda has started Moscow-Eindhoven-Moscow today, as planned. So when Eindhoven works, OST will probably be successfull too:
