SNB at LJU, what's happening?
Somewhere/someone mentioned maintenance?

I seem to recall it’s in LJU for a C-check?
And if I remember it correctly, it won’t return sporting the Tintin colour scheme, but it will return in SN colours.

Until 2019 says the Brussels Airlines website... unless it's to be read as until the beginning of 2019 😉

No repainting during this check, if I'm informed correctly.
There hasn't been any formal decision so far on what will be done when the plane will have to be repainted. Could be SN-colours, but it could also be repainted in the same Rackham-scheme.

Could also be Eurowings colours, if the idea of Thorsten Dirks prevails that now it is no more Brussels Airlines next to Eurowings, but it is all Eurowings.

From the Rackham livery to the EW one; quite an upgrade! 8-)

LH is constantly upgrading liveries. Look at their own new livery…

It seems that Brussels Airlines soon will launch a New website / booking engine. Today I saw a pop-up to test / use the New booking engine.

You can Find the website via this link https://booking.brusselsairlines.com/en
Best regards,

We already knew that OO-SFU had an engine failure over Algeria last week, but now it turns out the second engine also failed a few times while on approach to BRU! The brake marks in the pilots' underwear will have been noticable :o

That's impossible, SFN flew to her final destination (MZJ) on 14 November...

Maybe you saw SFM, she is on the ground since 19 December?

More important than scented water or bottled glass or plastic : to fly ! And managing the long-haul fleet still seems to be a challenge ... when you see the number of cancellations ... ! How sad to be unable to use the natural company!

SFM did probably last regularl flight on december 19. It's the second oldest A333 already operational. The end of a long story in SN fleet (just 2 years forAir Inter previously to go for Sabena)

Those were manufactured earlier, but SFN, O and M have been in commercial service since 1993/1994 compared to 1996/1997 for the 2 Cathay aircraft. So it depends on how you look at it, SN has the 3 'longest commercially operating'.

With SFU still AOG and SFM's service seemingly over, and several l/h flights being now canceled every week, does anyone know when the next "new" A333 will be put in operation? SFD and SFE were delivered 6 months ago!
