Lauda launched from Friedrichshafen, to Palma de Mallorca today.

Lauda inaugurated its base in Palma de Mallorca with the arrival of the first flight, an A320, from Dusseldorf.
Lauda is exploring a fifth base outside in the Baltics, Scandinavia or Eastern Europe.

Lauda plans to grow its fleet at its Vienna base from eight to 12 A320s by end-2019.

Lauda warned of job cuts if flight crews do not agree to changes that are needed to improve efficiency.

It's hard to be owned by Ryanair!

The airline is only a few months old, meeting terms of employment were agreed only months ago between employer and employee. It is fairly shocking that the employer is seeking to change the contracts so soon.
