Wondering what your definition of exotic is, especially in the 'European' context ;)

Let's start guessing (and a bit of dreaming as well since I think most or not realistic):
- Larnaca on Cyprus
- Bergen in Norway
- Constanta in Romania
- Burgas in Bulgaria
- Ponta Delgada in Portugal (Açores)
- Rovaniemi (Finland)
- Gibralta :D
- Beirut (but this is not really Europe)
- Sal or San Vincente in Cape Verde (but this is not really Europe either)

Any of these would be cool

Danny

It's now confirmed that 20 August 2017 will be the last day that American will fly the Philadelphia - Brussels route.
It is very uncertain is the route will come back.

Correct: Yerevan in English, Erevan in French, and the IATA airport code is EVN, which probably leads to the erroneous spelling.

Checking SN timetable for next summer. I wanted to know how far SN will be flying in "9W transfert configuration" in own metal between India (BOM) and North America (JFK, IAD and YYZ), focussing on BOM and YYZ.

For instance between 1/4 and 15/4/2017.
4 times a week (on 5 frequencies), BOM and YYZ will benefit SN transfert in BRU in both legs.
SN 602 (BOM-BRU) is sheduled on days 1,2,4,5,6.
SN 551 (BRU-YYZ) is sheduled on days 2,4,5,6,7.
SN 552 (YYZ-BRU) is scheduled on days 2,4,5,6,7 *+1.
SN 601 (BRU-BOM) is sheduled on days 1,3,4,5,7.

Indeed interesting lauching prices on BOM (398.02 € return for 1 adult in Y).
YYZ leg is for instance 776.70 € return for 1 adult in Y).
Cheers

During summer 2017 season, Icelandair will replace the B757 by a B767 on some specific days.

Nice! The 767 of Icelandair does look really good :D . Is it already known on which days?

As far as I can see in Icelandair's booking system, they have scheduled their 'long tube' 757-300 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in peak high season i.e. July. However, their booking system might not reflect the selected 767-300ER services yet.

A tweet from MalpensaNews: "#Easyjet dalla Summer 2017 chiude i voli da Malpensa a Roma Fco e Bruxelles, aumentano per Catania e Lussemburgo @easyJetItalia".

So, easyJet stops BRU-MXP flights. Another victory for Ryanair?

If true... a victory for FR indeed, but also for SN!

If I'm not mistaken, FR can;t operate on GVA, so that route is secure, wonder how long SXF will survive...

Cheers,

I went to MXP with SN in september. Their flights are fairly well booked (when I went to MXP, all seats were sold out, when I came back, a few eco seats were empty, business was not that full). But that was with the RJ100. If SN stops with the RJ100 on MXP and change the 2 flights that are now RJ100 flights to an Airbus flight, they can make some victory too :)

However, it is quite strange to me that Easyjet stops its route from BRU to MXP as MXP is really an easyjet-hub, given the fact that terminal 2 is only there for Easyjet flights...

Very weird indeed; their flights seemed very successful although I have been avoiding them for the past two years due to the schedule and the mess of Malpensa Terminal 2 in the morning.

If I understand well, Easyjet will be stopping Milan and Berlin, while hop will end Bordeaux and Nantes.

I hope SN will also fly to Bordeaux in winter from now.

Great job for SN. Il flew BOD 10 times this summer ( private reasons ) and the plane was often full...the AF/HOP flight was nearly empty between BOD and NTE but full too on the leg NTE BRU
