And a 'special' diversion for AMS Amsterdam: the brand new Air Baltic Bombardier CS300 YL-CSA went into a holding for 50 minutes near AMS, and then diverted to DUS Düsseldorf. Flight was Air Baltic BT617 Riga-Amsterdam.

Enter Air (Poland) flight ENT1536, Boeing 737-800 SP-ENO, from Las Palmas Gran Canaria to Warsaw diverted to Prague. Reason unknown, suspected bomb threat.

It was indeed a bird strike, and a replacement aircraft arrived at destination (Larnaca and Mombasa) 4.5 hours late.

Unfortunately for the one(s) concerned it may have been a medical, fortunately for the others OO-SFX was airborne again after 1h40 minutes heading towards JFK.
