VTM reports that the cellphone network in Brussels is overloaded.

The Red Cross has opened an online message system where people can post they're safe:
http://ikbenveilig.rodekruis.nl/brussel
(language NL or EN)

(edited: "in BRU" -> "in Brussels")

LH group allows passengers to refund/reroute/rebook for the next 6 days. So I think they expect BRU to be closed longer then untill 6am tomorrow

No - at least not based on that LH info.

"28th March" is the date that flexibility to change bookings applies.

I presume (hope) 21 in total and not 21 fr just one attack?

11 at BRU
10 at Maalbeek?

VRT says nobody was killed at Maalbeek. Thus it should be 21 at BRU.
