Or is it ANR-GVA-ANR-CFR-ANR-GVA-ANR on tuesday and thursday?
There are three return flights between Antwerp and Caen per week, but some of them are clearly there to get the plane from and to their base in Caen:

Mondays: CFR-> ANR at 06:15 - 07:30 (no return flight that day)
Tuesdays: ANR -> CFR at 11:00 - 12:15, return flight at 16:15 - 17:30
Wednesdays: no flights
Thursdays: as Tuesdays
Fridays: ANR -> CFR at 17:35 - 18:50 (no return flight that day)

Ironically, while the Monday and Friday flights are in a way positioning flights, they're actually rather well timed for business traffic from Caen to Antwerp or leisure traffic the other way round. The 'regular' flights on Tuesdays and Thursdays aren't nearly as convenient.

The the plane will be based in Antwerp during weekdays, and in Caen during weekend. Witch aircraft type will it be by the way?

A Beech 1900D with 19 seats and - famously - no toilet :)

sorry for my "closed-mindness" of cabin crew but, how can an aircraft have no toilet! Just because of that I won't fly, what do you do if you really have to go, I mean in a bus or in the metro or whatever you can alway stop somewhere, but if you have a sudden severe gastro what do you do!

hopefully they do not offer drinks?!! What about the crew? Layover of 20-25 min..they abandon the aircraft after pax disembark and just before boarding to run for the loos at the terminal? What if the toilets are full and they have to wait? Flights delayed? And those planes are probably at remote gates.. bus to the toilet?
I m sure there is a little toilet somewhere.. or not? That's serious for a flight of 90 min.

They will not offer anything, as there will be no flight attendant. Unless the co-pilot does the service, like in the former EMB110 of Sabena or Mystère20 of Air France...

And most important, if both pilot leave the aircraft at the same time they need to make a complete check of the aircraft again, while the one during the turnaround is lighter.

There's really no toilet, it's optional on the Beech 1900D:
The aircraft can be fitted with an optional lavatory, using space otherwise available for passenger seating and cargo storage.
(From Wikipedia)
Notez que nos appareils de 19 sièges ne sont pas équipés de toilette (bien que les temps de vols soient tout à fait raisonnables, soyez prévoyants ! ).
(From the FAQ page on Chalair.fr)

And yes, they do serve a small drink. See this page.

Well, having no toilet can be a pain. I speak from experience. In my current aicraft we fly up to 4 hours without having a toilet on board. Very fun if you have some problems in your bowels. I never took so much imodium in my life. It is a MUST especially if you fly commercially with pax. And for the price you have to pay to geneva, a certain level of comfort should be expected.

C'mon guys, what other aircraft offers you :
* all seats are window AND aisle seats.
* straight view into the front office.
* no infrequent flyer "where is the A seat?".
* no overhead bins whose content may fall on your head.
* no boring conversation with your neighbour, (well conversations are just impossible that is).

This is an airman plane !

Pic was from a flight I took with Central Mountain Air, CMA (9M) on a 19-seater B1900D (no toilet on that one) between YEG Edmonton and YOJ High Level Northern Alberta, via YOP Rainbow Lake.
B1900D.JPG
And it costs a fortune (500-700 CAD, one way!).

I confirm that after the first leg, about 01h40 flight time, it was a welcome pit stop for all including the crew.

One of the advantages that Chalair has and VLM didn't is that their tickets are being sold on the Air France website and also that passengers can collect Flying Blue miles on those flights.

Which is a huge advantage to be sure. But because they're not operated as code share flights with Air France, they still won't show up in the big reservation systems. Go to Google Flights or the site of a (business) travel agent and they will actually put forward SN or U2 tickets between BRU-GVA as an alternative to your query.

A knowledgeable travel agent will know about these flights of course but if you want to book them yourself, you'll have to know about Chalair or the deal they have with Air France. And it's hardly obvious that you can book a ticket to Switzerland with a French airline from an airport where that airline never even shows up.
