I read somewhere the new summer schedule will be bookable as from tomorrow, so probably for some destinations there were still decisions to be made and therefore temporarily not available in the system? Or another technical or organisational reason. Anyway, routes like Belfast etc. are not yet available either, check back tomorrow.

The press release mentions two weekly flights (Tueday and Saturday)?

Indeed. But apparently this has not been communicated in that way to the GDS.

After a contact with Brussels Airlines, I got the confirmation that there will be two weekly flights to Creta next summer. This will only be shown as of tomorrow in the GDS, due to a technical problem. The flight that is currently in the GDS is a Thomas Cook flight!

Long haul deserves a dedicated press conference of course
I hope too that SN will announce something new in their long haul destinations.

At this moment, BRU is looking at SN and AI as possible players when 9W will leave, not totally but still 3 of the 4 flights.
Be sure that the gap to India will be filled very quickly but the fact that they look at SN too means that they are confident more and more in SN as their very strong home player and they deserve this chance too. The routes have a big potential as shown by 9W. It depends what they in Abu Dhabi decide.

Slotrequests are in.
SN "longhaul": LOS, YYZ, BEY, IST and IAD daily.
SN "EU": LUX, TLL, MPL, NTE, TLN, SZD (Sheffield), CLY (Calvi), URO (Rouen).
UA with extra EWR flight 76W equipment.
VG will do more charters to holidaydestinations it seems.
Wowair to KEF request is also in.

Just to inform: no confirmations, only requests

URO is for charter flight between Corsica and Rouen like every year.

About SZD I'm a bit surprised as the airport doesn't exist anymore.

About the new destination, a few thing has been communicated internally for the long, but has it's still not official I won't say anything about that :-)

Is it just me or does BEY seems like a very strange destination for SN?

Sabena flew the route 3-5 X a week.. If I recall well, departure 22:00 from BRU and return 3:30 from BEY arrival 07:00 next day at BRU.. I took that flight numerous times, I think it was code shared with SR. Was flown until shortly before the bankruptcy. Was possible to combine in one ticket SN and SR flights in or out of BEY.
Neither SN nor LX serve that market at present, just LH with daily in W and double daily in S from FRA.
Today, MEA serves the route direct from BRU 3 X a week in W and 5 X a week in S.
IST is rather more interesting, as SN will have to compete with the numerous daily runs of TK, and others serving that route. Pegasus from CRL. I think a few charters flying the route as well?

Indeed. Why not Baghdad or Damascus or Aleppo?

Actually it does make sense since there is quite a big lebanon community in Africa. I wonder why they didn't opened earlier!
