It looks like another medical, because the aircraft didn't stay long in Milan:

Full emergency turn out at the moment in BRU. All emergency vehicles deployed. An SN AVRO is in the hold? Anyone knows what's going on?

This morning SN3597 operated by OO-DWL left on time at 10:05 for MRS but stopped its climb about 10 minutes after take-off, levelled at FL200 and returned for a landing at 10:35LT.

Replaced by -DWD that departed at 12:05.
Bad for the pastis time.

Any idea for the RTB?

A Eurowings Canadair CRJ-900, registration D-ACNJ performing flight 4U-2165 from Brussels (Belgium) to Stuttgart (Germany) on behalf of Germanwings with 32 passengers, was on approach to Stuttgart's runway 25 when the crew aborted the approach reporting an unsafe gear indication.

All went well in the end - but I wonder what the passengers feel and think in the meantime : an unsafe gear that folds on landing is no fun and can lead to a real crash. Any Luchtzaker aboard ?

A delay of 24 hours for the Jetairfly flight from Miami - for technical reason. It should land in Brussels at ten, sunday morning.
The passengers were particularly irked by a lack of communication from the tour operator.
That aircraft - a 767 - has caused 11 important delays in the last three months.

Still stuck in Miami sunday morning ...

According to the passengers speaking on RTL-TVI : no hotel room provided, night spent in the terminal, no information from Jetairfly; they hope to depart at 11 am local time.
The Jetairfly spokeswoman : Jetairfly regrets not to have provided the (alleged) usual help to the (200)passengers and promises them an indemnisation.
OO-JAP taking the part of the late OO-TUC ?

Not everyone stayed in the terminal: some people paid $340 for a hotel room!

Hans Vanhaelemeesch, spokesman for Jetairfly, said that the U.S. legislation doesn't allow airlines to assist passengers inside the terminal, which lead to some of the difficulties reported by the passengers. Strange! How are they supposed to comply with the EU legislation then?

Just stock footage ... HLN still uses a B737-200 picture when they speak about FR. Fact of the matter is that 90% of all belgians dont see the difference between a B767 and a B787. Heck ... They dont even see the difference between FR and JAF sometimes, judging by the amount of JAF boarding passes I have allready intercepted upon boarding.

Jetairfly departure from Miami expected at 11.00 local time (17.00 Belgian time).
