Etihad suspending it from tomorrow as well, while LH have apprently resumed flights there saying its safe distance from conflict region.
Re: Airlines suspending Erbil
Etihad will re-route its flights to avoid conflict airspace in Iraq. The decision follows the deterioration of the security situation in parts of the country. On Thursday 7 August Etihad announced that it had suspended all flights to Erbil, Iraq with immediate effect until further notice. The safety of Etihad passengers and staff is paramount and the airline will continue to monitor the security situation closely. Flights to Basra and Baghdad, which have a daily risk assessment, continue to operate as normal.

Re: Airlines suspending Erbil
So far ME flights seem unaffected, next departure to Erbil in 90 mins.
Also, there are multiple daily flights in and out of Beirut to and from Erbil, Al Najaf, Basra and Baghdad.

The Lufthansa Group continues to suspend flights to Erbil.
Decision is valid until further notice / this concerns flights by Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines from Frankfurt and Vienna. Group airlines continue to make a detour around Iraqi airspace in transit traffic as well.
