Is it final for Livingston? Not according to the below:

Central Connect Airlines is new for me, but with 2 charter Saab 340's feeding 110 employees, I doubt that they'll get far.

The above statement from Livingston is nothing more then their reaction to the decision by Enac to suspend their AOC:
http://www.enac.gov.it/home/strillo_pri ... 51496.html

Reason : non-compliance with EU-Rule 1008/2008
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/ ... 32008R1008

Hence : grounded as from 14th July 2014.

Bingo Airways from Poland is the next... They say "it's just a suspension of AOC" but we know what it mean.
Sad, i like their livery.

Indeed - was confirmed by Enac on 1st July: New Livingston has given proof to Enac that they have enough cash to operate till (at least) October 2015.
