SN Brussels Airlines has won the Skytrax “Airline Excellence Award 2004” . Skytrax – the famous British organisation for airline quality surveys – distinguished SN for its excellent level of service and product daily offered to almost 9000 customers on more than 200 flights during their whole travel experience. According to Skytrax, this award singles out airlines that offer the highest quality levels to "all" their passengers , and - equally important - those airlines that deliver this highest quality on a consistent basis. SN was rewarded in the category “European Airline”.
