Re: PIA dropping two east Asian routes
They are now planning to resume HKG, might operate with A320 from summer, they are leasing six A319 and four 320 starting from April.
Currently four 738 from Corendon and Travel Service are leased temporarily doing domestic and Gulf routes in the respective carriers own liveries, Corendon aircraft wear .com and .be titles, TS aircraft livery are unconfirmed but they seem to be in the I love Prague and Smart Wings schemes according to corresponding resgistrations in photo databases of various sites.

PK plan to restart Rome immediately, FCO was suspended in 2007, also planning resumption of Frankfurt, Istanbul, Amsterdam and Glasgow.

They have been in LBA since three almost five years, yes its nonstop to/from Islamabad, they had planned to introduce a 772 on the route last summer then postponed till winter but then didn't go ahead with that. LBA was supposed to end a couple of years ago but was retained after someone used their clout to inflluence the decision.

Leeds ended yesterday, now its rumored FRA and AMS may be coming back by August, also reintroducing Business class on A310 fleet over a year after converting them to all Economy, only six remain in the fleet though.
