AMS would be the first desti !
Normally they fly Taiwan-Japan,Shanghai,Guam,..
Hello Kitty is an airbus fully printed with,in and over the famous japanese well known figure!
Safetycards,meals,stewardesses,toiletpaper,...
This looks fun for an avgeektrip to convince your daughter that aviation is fun

The article quotes the Eva CEO saying that AMS is an option as they already fly to AMS. I can;t find any reference in the article that AMS is indeed the first destination.

Now EVA made the choice for *A, is there a chance they might change from AMS to BRU or another A* airport (FRA, MUC)? Especially now 9W seems to make the opposite move from BRU to their AF/KL partners in AMS.
As far as I know they only fly to VIE as *A hub in EU.

If I could even I would fly such a special experience..
