This is how you sell your product: show it.
If the customer doesn't come to the showroom, bring the product to the customer.
I advised this to a friend who does partime sale of Japanese cars, which are difficult to sell. He simply drives in the early evening or weekend to a potential customer. Bingo. No show room blabla.

No movies, brochures, powerpoints, mock ups, excell sheets.
