If you want a jumpseat from PMI to OST on July 28th you will have to ask Erna for permission!

By paying for a ticket, passengers like Erna not only get the right for a seat, but they also get the right for a personal sense of security onboard. And that is not what you think such feeling should be, but what is stated in European law and aviation legislation.

Thank you "Passenger" for taking my defense!!!! :)

And I did get the wink "fcw", as a matter of fact I found it quite funny..... 8-)

Perhaps we could create a new forum: "Ask Erna for permission"

And by the way, Austrian did take my complaint seriously: the captain of the flight I was on sent me a long e-mail with his point of view! I was impressed with that!

I know they are selling exit seats etc, but I doubt they can do the same for a cockpit seat?

Of course they don't. If you get a jumpseat, it's on the flight crew's discretion. They and they alone decide if they let you ride up front.

Always captains final descision... my access chances were 3/183 ;)
Better don't count on it I would say as long as you don't know the captain,crew,..

CX-B

my chances with jaf were zero

I have a jumpseat on the jetairfly dreamliner next month, but when you have a jumpseat, could you also go with the pilot on the tarmac for the external check?
