It's always nice to see another AC than the F50 in ANR!

Last year a 757 of DHL even landed in Antwerp for the celebration of the RAAC (100 years)

just found this on ch-aviation:

Discovery Link (Prague) is a new virtual low-cost carrier planning to launch twice daily services from Prague to Antwerp and Zlin, five weekly flights from Prague to Geneva, two weekly flights from Prague to Sion and weekloy services from Prague to Brac Island in Croatia and Naples and from Zlin to Brac Island and Monastir in early June using two BAe 146-300s operated by Flightline (B5/Southend).

It seems it will be a twice daily flight! 8O

Yep.. same opinion ...

Prefer to see them come twice weekly for 5 years, then twice daily for 5 weeks..

ANR can do without another failure..

Hello everybody,

The first aircraft for Discovery Travel is now painted. Here's the first picture :

D-AWUE is leased from WDL. I saw the same aircraft two weeks ago at CGN operating for Deutsche BA in an all white scheme with flydba titles :

can a b757 really land and take off at antwerp? They must have ripped out the seats then and make it fly on petrolfumes!

@ teddybAIR,
They must have ripped out the seats then
A 757 from DHL only has 2 seats (for the pilot and co-pilot)

Just kidding :)

Not to forget VLMs 6th daily flight to LCY, and the new startup starting to Bern and Basle..

Just checked the prices for Pragu, they are not so cheap:

Return flight end of june, during weekend 262€
Same date with SNBA, from BRU 243€

They call Deurne "Brussels antwerp airport" ... nice name. Why not call it Brussels North, after Brussels south..
