Actually I don't find the UA787 too bad. Ok, there is less room compared to a UA772 and a SNA330, but the difference in cabin pressure and air quality are also important to me and these are much better in the dreamliner. I can really feel the difference. The trip might be a little less comfortable, but the recuperation is much better.
When you're +2m tall and have broad shoulders every millimeter counts. What is the benefit if you arrive half broken due lack of space? You might have a clearer head but your body and limbs will be killing you. And with my bad back, my bad knee, a badly healed broken tailbone and a bad foot I'd rather have the necessary space than better air quality :D

But it's probably different for everybody.

Hi!
Could the integration of TC justify a subfleet of A321?

I asked the question last week to Bernard Gustin, he said that they were studying the case ouf the A321 on regular basis but at the moment they still don't see the point to introduce the A321 in the fleet for the european network. However they want to increase the number of A320 versus the A319.

Slowly but steady... Great!

I still remember the Sabena adventure... And now the Air Berlin bubble...
Introducing a new type is always difficult for scheduling and back-ups. I would think twice as well...
On top of that... frequency is also important! And there aren't a lot of (if any) destinations were SN has 7 rotations a day...

Cheers,

Stij

Every airline can fill up A321 aircraft, in Summer. But in Winter your big aircraft is simply too big.

euh... WIZZAIR changes to an all A321 company, and Easyjet is also thinking of it...
They fly yearly round so guess you can't say it's too big :)
It's too big for SN ( at the moment ) :)
But if the A321NEO reaches nearby AFI, it can swop some A33X traffic and open up some grow...
without adding much more longhaul fleet...

But we had already one member once dreaming of this..
But as Dakar and Banjul are already operated by B738 why not ;)

New types flown 2020 : A321neo,B781
New types planned : PC12
