I'm surprised not to see a Star Alliance sticker on that jet, is it added later in Brussels? I haven't really paid attention to this, does SN's fleet sport the Star Alliance logo?

Yes, they do, as you can see here http://www.planespotters.net/Aviation_P ... ?id=162874 or here http://www.planespotters.net/Aviation_P ... ?id=145953 for example. So I guess it is indeed just a sticker which will be added once the plane is in Brussels.

If I'm not mistaken, there will be two additional A319's joining the fleet (in addition to SSQ and SSR)
Any details when they will arrive or where they will come from?

Not that I know of... Only 2 A320's (OO-SNA and OO-SNB, both Air Berlin).

Already quite some time ago SN said 4 A319's would replace Avro's during 2011, together with two A320's.
Searched an article were it's mentionned (in Dutch):
http://www.tijd.be/nieuws/archief/Lange ... 20Airlines (12 oktober 2010)
Op het Europese netwerk komen volgend jaar vier extra Airbus A319’s in de vloot. Allicht verdwijnen dan vier Avro’s, maar dat is nog niet zeker. Zoals steeds huurt Brussels Airlines die vliegtuigen.

Those who have been wondering how on earth SN is going to fill the extra capacity from swapping RJs for A319s, here's the first result of the LH promoted more agressive sales tactics, which last year yielded great results at OS too:
