Are any more of the old A330 scheduled to leave the fleet soon besides SFN?

SFM and SFO should be leaving relatively soon, but I have no clue as to the exact dates.

What about SFT and SFZ? There seems to be no replacement provided for them at this moment since only 7 "new" planes have been announced (besides SFX which is "new" too). Fleet downsizing?

https://www.airfleets.net/ficheapp/plane-a330-291.htm

OO-SFT Airbus A330-223 entered the SN fleet recently on 31/01/2017 from WK. Age 19,3 years.

https://www.airfleets.net/ficheapp/plane-a330-249.htm

OO-SFZ Airbus A330-223 entered the SN fleet on 19/03/2012 from LX. Age 19,9 years.

These birds are the last two A330-200 remaining in the fleet.
Probably that their relatively recent entry into the fleet also states that they will stay into it for a while.
Cheers

SFO seems to be at the holding point for a positioning flight to DUS, any idea as to the reason why?
C-Check?

OO-SFJ (Airbus A330-343, MSN 701, ex LH D-AIKJ) is on the Belgian register since today (30/10/2018).This is the first A330 transferred from Lufthansa for EW-ops.

To me, this looks more like OO-SFE is prepared for a (temporary?) storage...
Or am I wrong?

You mean because of the cabin windows being tapped? As well as the flight deck window N°3.

BTW, isn't it the first time at SN that the A/C reg on the nose is abbreviated to two (2) letters instead of the usual single?

Yes, that's the reason why I suppose this.

regarding the reg on the nose, they did the same on the A320's with 2 letters and some A319's even have 3 on the nose gear door (SSW had it for sure)

SFE is indeed the next one to be activated but only when SFM / O are being withdrawn from the fleet
