But what is JAF going to do in Liberia?????
CX-B
Liberia is actually a destination in Costa Rica
In all honesty, when I read it on their website they had me too for a moment... :?
Don't know if it's a direct flight or combined with another destination and about special liveries....as far as I know only OO-JBG has a special anniversary livery...

i) Destinations

- Indeed Costa Rica for longhaul. Should be a triangle flight as well.
- Murcia is also starting again from this winter, being flown from CRL.
- Enfidha (new airport currently being built) will be replacing Monastir in Tunisia.

ii) Fleet

- OO-JAP should be in Brussels in June. Plan was mid-June a couple of days ago
- Aircraft is already in the Jetairfly colours (looking good!)
- By the way, this is a rather new aircraft as well...

iii) Special liveries

- Plan was to add the 5 Year anniversary sticker to all the 800's, but up to now the only one to wear them is the JBG indeed.

cn: 30840/829 ex HL7595, N840MT, JA767F, N308MT.

by the way, on the same day also OO-153, OO-G37 & OO-G38 are new in the Belgian register.

Hi,

As far I know there are 2 with the 5 year marking.
I have seen OO-JAF last week in CRL with the 5 year marking.

It will be a triangle flight. The Costa Rica flight will be a one weekly flight, Friday, in combination with a stop over in Cancun. The new destination will start on 30.10 and will depart from Brussels Airport at 06H.

No plans for this AFAIK.
The 787 (or 787's) will replace the B767, so...

When you look at the fleet oversight at jetairfly.com, you see they have two B763's on it: OO-JAP and OO-TUC. Does that mean they will keep both operating?

It states Summer 09, so I guess they will keep it for the busy period 'till September or so and then switch over to single-airplane operations with OO-JAP.

But what are they going to do in 2010? Rent a 767 for the summer again?

I haven't read it yet, so I don't know if it's already potsed, by yesterday I saw OO-JAP in its full JAF colors standing inside the hanger at Tech4Jets. So the plane is already in Brussels.
