Charleroi - Brindisi
Charleroi - Palma de Mallorca
Charleroi - La Rochelle

No news yet on frequencies.
wow that's great !
Mallorca will have a huge success as the offer is very poor from Belgium (only Thomascook and Jetair).
La Rochelle is quite an original destination.
Brindisi, great to visit beautiful Puglia.
I'm happy :)

If Ryanair sends two extra planes two CRL, logically there would be more then these three new routes.

What's your source, danieln? TheairDB perhaps? They are often the first to announce new routes, but sometimes give incomplete lists. Let us wait for the official confirmation by Ryanair.

News Release
18.03.09
1 New Aircraft, 4 New Routes and 3m Passengers p.a.
FOR BRUSSELS (CHARLEROI)
1MILLION HALF PRICE SEATS FOR TRAVEL IN APR, MAY & JUNE

Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline, announced today (18 Mar) that it will add one new Boeing 737-800 aircraft (now 8 in total) and open five new routes (now 43 in total) at its Brussels (Charleroi) base from June. This brings Ryanair’s investment in Brussels (Charleroi) to eight aircraft worth over $560million.

The five new routes from Brussels (Charleroi) to Brindisi, La Rochelle, Palma, Santiago and Turin and increased frequencies to Fez, Manchester, Marseille and Riga will increase Ryanair’s annual traffic at Brussels (Charleroi) to over 3 million which will sustain 3,000 local jobs.

Ryanair celebrated the announcement of this further expansion of its Brussels (Charleroi) base, by knocking 50% off its 1million lowest fares for travel across its European network in April, May and June which are available for booking from midnight tonight on http://www.ryanair.com.

Speaking in Brussels (Charleroi) today, Ryanair’s Michael O’Leary said:

“Brussels (Charleroi) today celebrates its eighth Ryanair aircraft and five new routes from June 2009. These new flights go on sale today. With a total of 43 low fare routes from Brussels (Charleroi) this summer Belgian consumers can beat the recession by choosing Ryanair’s guaranteed lowest fares and no fuel surcharges to exciting destinations all over Europe. Ryanair’s 3million passengers will sustain 3,000 jobs locally in Brussels (Charleroi) in 2009.

To celebrate these five new routes from Brussels (Charleroi),Ryanair is knocking 50% off our 1 million lowest fares which are now available for just €5, for travel across Europe in April, May and June. Since seats at these crazy low prices will be snapped up quickly, we urge passengers to book them immediately on http://www.ryanair.com”.

Right, very strange. First it was there and later they removed it from the communiqué.

Looks like MOL will come to Santiago de Compostela in a pilgrim outfit one of the coming days/weeks to announce it himself. :D

Exactly my thought. And if MOL is indeed planning to visit Santiago, it won't be to announce just 1 new route.

Wow. That will certainly help CRL continue their 20% growth per year. In this period, this is priceless. Good news for the travelers and the workers.

the plan in the future is to have 4 flights / day (not necessary the same destination), that's more than 200.000 pax/year, not bad
