Sabena Atraxis, the provider of computer services for Sabena, will stop its activities at the end of April. Before the bankruptcy of Sabena, Atraxis was a daughter of both the Belgian company and Swissair, each of them owning 50%. After the bankruptcy, the company continued its IT activities for SN Brussels Airlines, Belgian Ground Services, Sabena Technics and Sobelair.
On 3 April, the Dutch IT company Getronics announced it was taking over all the IT structure of Atraxis. There are still 40 employees working for Atraxis. Half of them will work for the new owner.
