New catering concept at Brussels Airport: Grab & Fly

Post by sn26567 »

More airlines decide to have a limited offer or no catering on board. In view of these changes Brussels Airport opened a new outlet for food on the go: Grab & Fly. The shop is located after the security screening in the beginning of concourses A & B, which prevents limitations on liquids.

Kinda had the same experience with China Airlines which served only1 drink on a 11 hour flight from Bangkok to Amsterdam..

I prefer some nice service on board. After all, my holiday starts when I take off.

Dear Dad,
welcome back in the land of rain.
I have to pass you the greetings from Willy where you staid some time. Btw, Willy is coming back on the 21st this month.

And welcome also to the misses .

We have to go private and arrange a meeting. OK?

Is it Grab and Fly, or
Grab
Pay a lot
and Fly

Either the latter, or it turns into Grab and Run.

I also found the prices rather high...and the selection of products rather limited

Grab and Fly selection OK to me, but prices too high. Buy from them only if you need (late arrival at the airport or if you're travelling long-haul in econmy class and want to stock some food). Otherwise, if time permits and if it is "eating time", arrive a bit earlier at the airport and have a more or less proper hot meal at the self-service restaurant. Nothing gastronomic, but OK, and better value for money than Grab and Fly.
In favor of quality air travel.
