B787 to be rolled out on 7/8/07

Boeing is going to introduced the fully assembled B787 to the public on 7-8-07. Pretty cool. First flight will be late August this year.

Was just going to post the same news item !!

It will be a great day for aviation and I'm looking forward to see the B787 this summer !!!

As for the test flight schedule, it seems rather tight, but I hope they'll be able to keep on track and deliver the first airframe on time.

I agree! Im looking forward to seeing this bird roll out.
I also agree that the flight sched. seems a bit tight.
Going to be another interesting day for aviation when it happens ;):)

Just kidding, congrats to you.
That kid is gonna land on earth holding the throttle tightly on his/her right hand and the stick on his/her left. Wish him/her a good landing
