The US government would not buy just one plane. After all, why buy one, if you can get two for twice the money?

The 707's were replaced with 757's and Gulfstream V's several years ago. There have been no VIP 707's on the Andrew's AFB ramp for the past years.

I know that the 707's have long been retired now. One of them is in the Reagan Presidential Library, you can get onboard it for a tour :):)
