SN and a new SN Africa ?

In Burundi, I have heard rumours about SN and its intentions to create a new company ( or a new branch ) based in Africa ( where ??) to connect more african cities to the SN network ... Is it just rumours or do such a project still exist ??? Does somebody have more info about that ???

If the Camair plan does not get through, there might be a plan B with a base near the Great Lakes. Rumours...
