Belgium will sue Swissair about Sabena

Just read on http://www.orf.at, the website of the Austrian national tv.

They say that the state of Belgium intends to sue Swissair at a criminal court in Zurich and wants to prove that mistakes by several Swissair executives lead to the dimise of Sabena. This information is based on reports in several flemish media and come from a government official.
