Two major airlines plan return to Pakistan

Post by globetrotter »

Singapore Airlines are said to start next summer to both Karachi and Lahore and the possible addition of Islamabad too, a challenge to Thai's newly launched BKK-ISB route which uses an A300.

Royal Jordanian will also resume their recently suspended Karachi service sometime next year, with PIA also to resume Amman after a seven year hiatus under a new aviation agreement between Jordan and Pakistan.

Monday
DEP Lahore 1945 ARR Karachi 2135
Wednesday/Saturday

My question is : why is there a shorter flight duration on Wednesdays; is it different pilots, who fly faster on Wednesday & not Monday?
