So the first 320 to receive the new c/s, right? When will it come back to BRU?

OO-SFG apparently still AOG in DUB but according to FR24 and Flightstats.com she should be back in service on 01DEC operating SN357 to FIH.

If we talk about airlines that serves BKO, in deed compare to Abidjan and Dakar, market is smaller.

But if we talk about frequencies that provide airlines that serve BKO, it's not bad

Double daily service:

Air France (Canada, USA, Europe, Central, Southern and East Africa, Asia)

Daily service:

Ethiopian Airlines (Asia and Southern Central and East Africa)
Royal Air Maroc (Canada, USA, Europe, Asia (Middle East))
Air Senegal (USA and Europe)
Turkish Airlines (Canada, USA, Europe, Central, Southern and East Africa, Asia)

Weekly servce:

Tunisair (Canada, Asia (Middle East) Europe)
Kenya Airways (Asia and Southern Central and East Africa)
Air Algérie (suspended but Canada, Asia (Middle East & China) Europe

In this what do you call Quality ?

Both sides are junk nowadays !

One side you have a FR model which attempt to be more then FR but with higher prices and less choices ( for more money )...

Other sides Quality ?
Flew them both ... this week...No service, not friendly ( delay is delay go complain online - service desk words LH Frankfurt- and no ( real ;) ) alcohol !
Not even a Ginger Ale as a choice... ( Coke, Coke zero,Fanta,Sprite, tea, coffee,Apple, orange and tomarmto juice that's all folks )
Breakfast with 1 ! Mini croissant and a small cheese pastry for a whole flight ?
Green salade with only salade and no tomatoes ?

Is this Quality ?

What is Quality nowadays ??

A good livery ??

Disappointed... and Will try to avoid 'our' German group in the Future ...

Maybe they forgot there IS competition which is much better on thé cheap and on thé expensive side...!

With this product they can only loose...

Regret to say this BTW...

They are far from "loosing" it, actually.
I guess lots of people don't need ginger ale and 2 croissants to be happy

Do they offer green AND black thé at your favorite competition airlines?

Seen the amount of dots you use in every single sentence, I guess you like the new SN livery!

Hi,

Glad that they don't loose customers this way but I hear that customers aren't happy this way and that they will fly other 'options' from now on...

Don't need a ginger ale and more then one croissant to be happy but this is really a sign things are going very wrong.. really.. talking long haul on a 7 h flight if other 'options' do better see what happens ;)

You like the dots and the blue ? Fine..
But in the future a HOP more north and with a full blue livery is thé better option next time ( and even cheaper by 1/3 of thé fare )..

Regret to say this.. but for long haul they lost me ... And at least two others ;)
But these are just opinions and it's your money so who cares anyway..

More dots ? ........

SN and LH would be forced to cancel numerous flights in the coming Christmas days due to a shortage of flight crews, due to illness, booster, etc.
