End of March, the Brussels Airlines flights that we booked got cancelled. I am now entering the booking reference and name but the computer says "no" booking available (we are unable to display your booking details).
Any other suggestion besides hanging in their callcenter or via social media?

Maybe you can try clicking on contact us, then "complaint about your flight" and then select "prior to travel" in the droplist under "when did it occur"? Don't know if you already tried that - and if it will help.
