Condor DE 142 Frankfurt to Antalya - Airbus A321 - Flight report

Fellow aviators,

Here you can find a new flight report. I took this flight together with fellow Luchtzak member quixoticguide. Supposedly this was a B753 flight, you can understand my disappointment when it turned out to be an A321.
Nevertheless, the flight was ok if not for the horrible legroom.

Thanks for another nice flight report. And glad you made it, because if I had to wait for quixoticguide, I'd still be waiting If you had a window seat (27A), in which seat was he sitting? I didn't see him in the video...

After all, a nearly new A321 with sharklets must be much better than an old decrepit 757, isn't it? Except perhaps for the legroom.

Nice too have a small snack and a drink for free. Would that also apply for beer or a glass of wine?

Hi,

I booked the flight a month earlier when it still took off from Dusseldorf and with B757-300.

I noticed then a unbelievable 5! different flights to AYT ! leaving around the same time in the afternoon.
The B757-300 was not on a bridge connected then, but still great on time !
Perfect legroom and indeed free drink and snack!
So Boeing beats the Airbus this time!
The 300 series has a nice long small hull and indeed a strange view comparing with other aircraft.
Guess they better connect AYT by A332 because the demand can really demand this aircraft!

I really wouldn't mind flying Condor again

In this particular case, indeed, but only for legroom, not for seat width

And in general, it all depends on the arrangements made by the airlines, knowing that Airbus is generally wider for the same number of seats across.

Indeed Airbus is wider,more silent,much more comfort !
A358 beats B787, A380 beats B747, A32X beats B73X, A321 beats B757,... Just B777 beats A33X ...
But since the B747 ... Boeing planes are like italian racecars and Airbus is a german one
More 'heart' in it lol, but that are the personal opinions... and the ongoing B vs A saga!
Is there already a topic for it ? need to start it, nice discussions will follow

As said, I will give it another go in about 2 months. So far there is no eqpt change planned, fingers crossed!
