Nice video indeed. Reminds me the dozens of times I've flown this route, starting in the 1980ies with the Tu-134 and the very small terminal in WAW. It all has changed quite a lot, and it is still changing!
It looks like your flight had a sizeable business class, looking at the movable separation after the third row.

Wow, i wish i had the chance to still fly on a TU-134 these days... But i guess it's almost impossible except by going to the DPRK which i am not planning to do.

At that time, LOT was flying to BRU thrice a week (in codeshare with Sabena, which had stopped flying the route BRU-WAW-SVO). Now thrice a day, with two SN flights in addition.

I didn't know they did a triangular rotation on the european continent back then!sn26567 wrote:At that time, LOT was flying to BRU thrice a week (in codeshare with Sabena, which had stopped flying the route BRU-WAW-SVO). Now thrice a day, with two SN flights in addition.

It was not a triangle, but BRU-WAW-SVO-WAW-BRU.

Great video report, thanks for sharing! Nice that you where able to catch the 734!
Interesting that LO still gives a free snack service as well.
Greetings

Indeed: it doesn't cost a lot (maybe 1€ per pax, together with water), and it gives a nice impression to the traveller. An example to follow!MSS658 wrote:Interesting that LO still gives a free snack service as well.

Indeed! On the domestic sector you get the same kind of service. Eventhough in the economy saver class the ticket only costs 9 euros !
I do think bottled still water should be a basic right onboard every flight...
