US President Barack Obama has visited Belgium and The Netherlands on 25/26 March 2014. During that visit, the G7 leaders agreed to replace the G8 meeting in Sotchi on 6-7 June by a G7 meeting in Brussels. Therefore, the American flying circus will be back in Brussels on those days. Obama will probably land on Friday, 6th June 2014, a.m. and he will fly back home on Saturday, 7th June 2014, p.m.
During its visit last week, the Air Force One management team has seen that BRU is quite safe to cater for the most important leader in the world. We’ve heard that Obama was quite impressed by the high number of Belgian spotters for his AF1, and we therefore have been contacted by the American Embassy in Brussels for a joint event.
In close cooperation with Brussels Airport and the US Embassy, luchtzak.be is allowed to arrange four flights on the Air Force One: two on 6th June and two on 7th June. Estimated flight time per flight: 45 minutes (blocks off blocks on). It is with great pleasure that we announce that we can offer this once in a lifetime experience for free – thanks to discrete sponsorship by Starbucks Coffee, BP Aviation and the American Embassy Brussels. For security reasons, we are not allowed to publish the exact flight times nor the maximum number of passengers on each AF1 flight. Airport taxes are waived, thanks to the discretion of Melchior Wathelet, Belgium's Secretary of State for Transport and Aviation.
Participation is strictly reserved for registered luchtzak.be members plus one partner. Conditions for travel: valid identity card, never to have received an entry ban into the USA, never have been arrested in an anti-USA or an anti-nukes protest, knowledge of the American national anthem. Please note these conditions are compulsory, also for the national anthem - it is common use for the AF1 staff to sing “The Star-Spanned Banner” once the aircraft doors are closed and armed.
OK, let’s talk business now. Luchtzak.be will accept bookings for the Air Force One flights as from this very moment, on a first come first serve base, with the time of your reply here as reference. After your online reaction in this forum, we will send you a private mail for the practical arrangements.
PS - an optional cold lunch can be pre-ordered. We suggest a cold fish stew by LSG Chefs at 9,95 Euro, including a bottle (25 cl) of American ***** wine “Foolies Sauvignon Blanc - Napa Valley Winery.
Don’t miss this once in a lifetime experience – and reply asap!

Credit should be given to the author of the text: "Passenger". He developed the (great) idea in Dutch, submitted it to the Luchtzak team and translated it into English.
Thanks, Passenger!
