Try kayak.de CDG-HKG 22/5 - 12/6 It gives a price of 231,- incl. It brings you to Rumbo.de where you have to pay a total price of 219,80 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to tell which period would be the best to book, but what you can do is to set a fare alert with your dates on Liligo.com : each morning you will receive an email with the fares.
