I booked many long-haul flights thanks to those websites!
Great recommendation! I'd also throw in http://www.flightdiscountcodes.com as one of the options.

I know, I booked one :)
Pity that both FR and U2 operate the route with SXF-based aircraft, which means a shorter stay in Berlin in case of a day return :(

First skirmishes of the fares war announced by Michael O'Leary ?
Let's hope so - and, in the meantime, let's take advantage of it !

I was looking for a day-return Brussels-Berlin during the third week of November :
Ryanair : 15,28 euros
EasyJet : 46,39 euros
Brussels Airlines : 498,01 euros

Speaking of Berlin :

The Ryanair plane had landed at Berlin Schoenfeld in Germany around 4.10pm local time yesterday.
Some 20 minutes later, as the passengers left the plane, a man believed to be in his 40s, disembarked via the rear exit, got into a stretched limousine, and the car sped off.

A spokesperson for Ryanair told MailOnline Travel: 'It just goes to show how much our customers save: book the lowest fares with Ryanair, and spend like a rock star when you get there.'

Hi,
I have a question for people using Brussels Airlines.
Is the 39€ to Geneva the lowest fare I can get for a one-way trip?
I need a one-way to Geneva to catch a super cheap flight to New Zealand in March 2016, only the super early morning flight (not Easyjet).
I just wonder if this fare could be lower or not with BA.
thanks!

I'm not sure it's the absolute cheapest, but don't expect it to be more than a few euro less...

Ryanair have launched a massive winter sale which starts today until Midnight Monday (2 Nov) for travel between November and February.
Seats are available for just €9.99 on more than 370 routes.
The carrier says it is able to fund the price cut by taking advantage of new lower fuel costs.

Hi,

It seems to clear to me what they have done :
They updated their website by a complete drunk Irish IT student which they hadn't have to pay for...'
What a disgrace as their last one was so nice to use...

You can't even make any bookings for the moment... System seems to be down as soon as you enter your destination and the flight dates...

I also had difficulties with their website yesterday morning, but it was working again in the afternoon : I have booked a Lisbon return (20,38 euros) at 6 pm; and I just checked, it's working normally now.

If you want to go to Hong-Kong, this (November) is the moment. Amsterdam to Hong-Kong for 297 Euro. Xiamen Airlines. Look at Skyscanner or Kayak.

Discovered some very weird things ... and understood how qatar manage to fill their 787 (at least 80% are connecting pax) :
A flight BRU-DOH = 900€
but if the same flight continues anywhere after doha, suddenly the price drops to around 500€.
Example : BRU-CMB (Colombo) for 542€
Or BRU-BKK for around 575€

What happens if I book a flight to BKK and only use the Doha leg ?
What a joke this ....
