Hi,

Here we are again..

We arranged again a quite intresting trip for all aviation-enthousiasts..

This time it's a bit bigger than a daytrip, we're gonna do an AVGEEK-weekend..

Destination : TOULOUSE-BLAGNAC / TLS France
Reason : visiting AIRBUS A380 factory, watching a real Beluga, see the mediaval city of Toulouse and have a lot of fun between aviation fans.. ( spotting for those whose willing,but photography is strictly forbidden in TLS and in the Airbus-factory ( be aware of this )..
Airliner : BRUSSELS AIRLINES, offcourse
When : from friday 30 march 2012 until sunday 1 April 2012 ( Hope SN doesn't april fool me )
Who : all aviation-fans with partner/friends..
What : visit Airbus on saturday and free time for everyone anytime..
Participating on the Airbus-factory is obligated because this is the reason of the trip..
Free-time for every other minute, I guess I will arrange a short Toulouse-citywalk on sundaymorning for those which will join ..
Where will we stay ? : If number of participating people is known, we will arrange a hotel for all.
Please keep in mind that we will look for a BUDGET hotel ( allseasons/etap/ similar ), this for keeping the price as low as possible and to open this trip as possible for everyone !
Suggestions for hotels are always nice... near city/airport... give me your opinion !


Price : around 140 euros ex. hotel including flights and visit ( 2 circuits as on their website )

Note : as seats will be probably limited to a number ( not known yet ),in case of more questioned seats than possible, there will be given priority to people which have joined us before on the Korongo/Vienna trip..
and after this to the time of confirmation of participation. Hope this is fair for everyone..

Who knows ? For the moment sheduled with RJ85/RJ100 ..
But don't think it will be a prop..
But I can guarantee you that when a prop in FULL SN-livery will arrive, we're gonna do a daytrip with it !

EasyJet will start BRU-TLS next summer so you might get a return flight for around 50€ (if you travel with hand luguage only!).

THX fcw but we are tripping' in March-April and really I don't like Easyjet that much,too many delays..
And I think personally SN offered us a fair fare.. for now..

Now the urgent news concerning this trip..
SN offered us a fair fare BUT you have to decide quick if you want to join at this fare,..
SN asked me how many seats I needed for this trip, as I didn't win the jackpot I won't buy more seats as needed,so if you want to join tell me as soon as possible..
I'll TRY to keep this fare until mondayafternoon 10/10/2011 !!
For now I'll confirm the 6 participating pax until now..

It will be great fun,don't hesistate JOIN the group !!!!!!!

Later confirmations may be possible but probably NOT on this cheap fare..
I like to be a group of 14/16 pax as with the two other trips, girls/partners/friends welcome JOIN NOW !

What's wrong.. ?

Guess we'll drop the private tour at airbus ( as with 8pax it's too expensive ) will join
the group of individuals... for tour and so drop the necessary joining of the visit so we can overrule some partners , hope this will enlarge the group of participants.

When a prop arrives in 2012, or the b737 type will leave the fleet for good I guess

Hi Novastar,

I have a quite nice co-operation with Brussels Airlines for the moment,
but I won't exclude other carriers in the future.., one thing is common BRUSSELS AIRPORT as start..
and NO LCC's, or FR must buy a comac/ssj .. ( LCC can be flown and booked by anyone )

The meaning of these trips is having a special desti and/or types ..of flights amongst aviation fans..
because the majority of this people aren't in the possibility to fly except in their holidays..

So when I look for a nice desti.. or daytrip from BRU airport.. my result is often SN..
JAF don't have multiple daily flights, so it must be for a weekend, try to find a desti with aviation interest/related and you can or I will search for a nice program ..
And let's hope JAF will offer some special fares..

As we're ( our ideas ) quite young ( less then 1 year ).. I guess SN can offer us more ideas but I don't say NO !

If you're intrested to propose a desti or plane let me know..
maybe we can work something out ..

But for fall 2012 I still need ideas for a DAYtrip !
( already 2 weekends,now a daytrip for the people wich only can join trips for a day, I know some of them )

Other option for members living in the west part of the coutry (or in northern France) could be VY from LIL, more expensive than U2 but with a better schedule I think. I'm seriously considering this option to join you guys as my family is from that area, we're currently planning on a holiday at the same period so once the dates are settled I'll be able to confirm my presence in TLS
