I was hoping to fly the B748i to HKG (as rumoured to be one of the first destinations of this new plane), but unfortunately this is a little bit too early I think.

Greetz.
we will sit in the same airplane !
Nice coincidence ;-)

I don't have one - joined too late .
But seriously, in each shopping mall in Thailand you could make an embroided T-shirt with a name or logo for about 5 €.

Oh no, I am certainly no expert about The Kingdom of Thailand. Even if I would say that I know or understand 1% of it, I would be a fool. I am very humble about that subject and refrain from fora concerning Thailand.

I am looking forward to the configuration of the B777 - in economy. ( Frank Zappa once made a song: "The torture never stops" )

So, my bookings for 2012 so far :)

February:
Trip to Firenze (2 new airports, 1 new type):
BRU-MUC (LH E195)
MUC-FLR (LH RJ85)
FLR-MUC (LH RJ85)
MUC-BRU (LH E195)

June:
Avgeek trip: "Auf Wiedersehen Tegel!"
BRU-TXL (SN A319)

And my wished list:
Probable: January: BRU-FRA-NUE-MUC-BRU (have M&M miles to spend by booking latest on 31/12)
Possible: Kuwait Airways A300 (FCO-CDG) / A340 (FRA-GVA) for the 5th freedom flight of the year
Hypothetical: DUS-LHR (BA 763)
Dreamt but seeming impossible to plan  : still the Azores to add the A310 to my log (and also discover a beautiful place; I am not travelling only for flying ;) )

Good luck in the LH RJ85s (six abreast seating). You will really feel the difference with the SN RJ85 (five abreast).

For the first time in years, I haven't a clue where I'll fly or who with. The news about BMI is not promising, we don't know what will happen to BMI Regional, who we had flown with for the past few years so booking anything on any of their routes is not going to be a good idea. I hope we can get something sorted out though.

Maybe I'll use my miles to upgrade to C... Don't know yet. I don't want to fly across the pond in Y because of the very limited room but on the other hand, I can just keep myself busy by walking around for 7 hours :D Still waiting for an answer from SN, yesterday they promised that they could assign exit seats due my length (2m04) but after booking and calling nobody seemed able to do so... Oh well, we'll see what the result it. Worst case is walking around and standing :-)
