There is a nice report on 2 very recent SN European flights in Business Class in Flyertalk: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/trip-rep ... w-old.html
AGP-BRU in B733 w/winglets
BRU-GVA in A319 with new Recaro seats
and in-between the Business lounge in Brussels Airport.
Well illustrated and quite interesting...

Nice report indeed!
The only inconsistency I noticed is the absence of a paper tissue for the pre-flight drink on the 2nd leg, at least according to the picture, the author may simply have used or declined it.
I have to say that it is a pity they don't offer nicer, well, at least harder, cutlery. I'm used to metal ones on MEA and my latest flights with Swiss in economy to LED had metal as well.

Re: SN European flights in Business Class
I'm a bit suprised about the service of SN in business, I tought it was worse. The leg room on the first row on the A319 (I assume it is the same on all A319/A320's of SN?) seems to be really big.
