How do you determine the effective time of Departure and Arrival? Is it the moment the pushback begins? The moment the aircraft gets airborne and touches ground?

Push-back and back at the gate is ok.

In my trip reports I consider pushback for departure and opening of the doors for arrival.

But I think that FR24 has different standards: take-off and landing.

In my reports I note the start of pushback and the take off time, if I can get the runway number (which most of the time I don't) I put that in as well. I note the landing time but not the doors opening for arrival, usually at the moment of doors being opened I have put away my pen and notebook and am preparing to get off the plane.
Sabena and Sobelair - gone but never forgotten.

We are looking to place more trip reports onto the front page of the site (first it has to be posted in this forum). A real name for that trip report is required.

A five-star rating system has been set for the trip reports on the main page. Which categories would you use to rate an airline ? e.g. food, comfort, speeches, on-time, price ?

Thanks for the suggestions and opinions!

I think there is certainly one crucial element that should be used to rate an airline expercience is how friendly the crew was.
