I just flew Thai Airways to Munich, business class on the upper deck of a 747-400, the seats are not fully flat bed, I was a bit disapointed.

hmmm. i just booked a return flight to Bangkok (AMS-DXB-BKK) on Emirates for the second half of April. Business. Just b'cuz I WANT to try the EK A380 business class, where apparently you go fully flat. Obviously, I will only need that bed after I had some drinks in the inflight lounge bar read some reviews on the web on EK's A380 business class and it looks utterly promising. And the cheapest option around - I agree, probably some unfair competition here (I started a topic on this a couple of weeks ago , but this time, I have decided just to enjoy it and not to worry about missing out on premium european carriers business class I'll try to post a report of that flight.
