Reserved seat on Brussels airlines flights

Post by dens »

Dear all,

My company just booked for me a flight to Brussels on Brussels Airlines. I will be flying in B Flex class.
I just saw on the website that it is possible to reserve seat in advance. I logged in using my booking number. I can see my travel details but I'm not able to reserve a specific seat. Does this option is really offered?
Thanks for your reply and best regards,

Dens

I think you can only do this 24 (30 maybe?) hours in advance (ETD - 24h).

If you reserve your flight via your travel agent you can ask for a seat reservation.

Hi Dens,

did you also try it out to reserve your seat, using your e-ticket number?

and now BA announces that they will charge money to reserve your seat.

This disadvantages families because they need to sit together. It is not excusable that this reservation is a luxury. The best thing that families with small children can do is to confront BA with the situation and NOT reserve the seat. Let mummy sit 5 rows away from her 5 year old child, and you will see ( and hear ) what will happen.

BA is not Brussels Airlines, and it is about Brussels Airlines someone is asking something. So this link is not a good link you know.

you are right. I was thinking to make a new subject about it. But I placed it under this subject to show what can happen with those bookings.
