June 27 I'll fly Skyeurope to Vienna and will return with Brussels Airlines later on that day. Is it possible to check in for my return, with Brussels Airlines, in the morning before my outbound flight with Skyeurope. Is it possible to assign a seat? Or is it only done at VIE? Or could a seat then be double assigned due to.... ?

You must check whether you can check in online and print your boarding pass

I see, but I wanted to check-in at Brussels check-in desk for my return VIE-BRU with Brussels Airlines.

As far is I know this is only possible when you take the same airline return flight.
