Lovely weather today for some contrail spotting. The best shots of today...

A Singapore Airlines 747 going east, towards EBBR (?)

Image

MK Airlines heading west to EBOS ... The grey engine with white stripes makes me identify it as 9G-MKQ

Image

And an Emirates A330 - First time I spot wing-contrails! Great weather for that today!

I put some of my contrail pics in a map on my Coppermine Gallery. Feel free to take a look and to write some comments. Here is the link:

Thx for the nice comment, Contrailwatcher! I do my best with my (only) 300mm lens...

Indeed, I was very lucky to see the Beluga. At that moment, I was in Lyon for my training period. After work, that day, I went 5 minutes up to the terrace before taking the bus to the city center. Suddenly I heard a weird aircraft noise that I never heard before. I looked up and... the rest, you can see in the pictures :-)

@Regi: that's a nice Kalitta-pic you have there! Keep them coming!

Since long an opportunity to watch dots (on April 26 2006).

Always nice to see an old lady passing by: @1904LT a Syrian Air 747SP heading for LHR.
