Do not travel to Belgium due to COVID-19. Exercise increased caution in Belgium due to terrorism.

Read the Department of State’s COVID-19 page before you plan any international travel.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 4 Travel Health Notice for Belgium due to COVID-19, indicating a very high level of COVID-19 in the country. There are restrictions in place affecting U.S. citizen entry into Belgium. Visit the Embassy's COVID-19 page for more information on COVID-19 in Belgium.

Terrorist groups continue plotting possible attacks in Belgium. Terrorists may attack with little or no warning, targeting tourist locations, transportation hubs, markets/shopping malls, local government facilities, hotels, clubs, restaurants, places of worship, parks, major sporting, music, and cultural events, educational institutions, airports, and other public areas.

Blablabla, blablabla, fearmongering related to Covid... blablabla...

More blablabla, even worse fearmongering related to terrorism, trying to depict Belgium as an outskirt of Baghdad, Kabul or Damaskus... blablabla...
What of all this crap is in any relation to the AF1 visit? Ah, I see: nothing...

It flew EBMB_EBMB on a lojw level flight of 1000ft max so very well possible it may have looked like it just took off or was going to land.

That being said... Is there anyone that KNOWS first handed info that it actually landed in or anywhere near Brussels

Can anybody confirm the ETA of AF1 already? I supose around 1945L as it will depart in the UK 1900L? Wind is maxiumum 6km/h so 25R would be in service as the wind needs to be more then 10km/h for 01 or 07 landings. Is it possible an VH-3 will also come? One is now in the UK.

Thanks!

Samuel Zerilli wrote: 07 Jun 2021, 21:42 Hello,

According to my info,

Joe Biden will arrive in Brussels on the 13th. Arrival expected at 5:50 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. respectively from London

He should spend the night of 13 - 14 in Brussels, as well as the night of 14 - 15 because several things to do on the 14th and 15th (see here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=72304&p=408533#p408533)

I do not yet have any information on his departure but it could be on the 15th in the afternoon or in the evening or then on the 16th in the morning. He should leave for Geneva where he must meet Vladimir Poutine there ! (not confirmed by Geneva)

:!: :!: Please take his information with a grain of salt, these are only guesses but all that can change at any time !! The last days before his arrival will be there to confirm or not the information. :!: :!:

Samuel,
So those times are your personal guesses? And why two times? Is a second VC-25 also due?

From what I heard departure to GVA will be on the afternoon of the 15th.
If there will be a 2nd VC-25A it will go to Ramstein same as last time the US President visited BRU

Information for backyard spotters:

AF1 landed at Mildenhall in the UK to meet USAF personnel stationed there and then flew to Newquay (Cornwall) for the G7 summit.

On Sunday he first has a meeting with the Queen at Windsor.

It is not yet clear how he will get there:

- he could use "Marine 1" (a US Marine Helicopter is in the UK) to fly from Newquay to Windsor and back and then proceed to Brussels from Newquay (in which case the AF1 flight path would probably be via France), or

- he could use AF1to fly from Newquay to London, then go to Windsor, back to London and then proceed to Brussels from there (in which case the flight path of AF1 will probably be the usual London to Brussels flight path)

These details, as well as the departure time from the UK and arrival time at Brussels will be posted tonight or early next morning on the public schedule of Biden
https://factba.se/biden/calendar

Either way, AF1 can be tracked on https://www.adsbexchange.com/ as soon as it is airborne so that you can see whether or not you will get an opportunity to spot AF1 from your backyard.

Don't mess around in the coming days at EBBR :

A2392/21 NOTAMN
Q) EBBU/QFALT/IV/NBO/A /000/999/5054N00429E005
A) EBBR B) 2106131300 C) 2106151600
E) AD NOT AVBL AS ALTN AND FOR DIVERSIONS EXC EMERG TFC

And as reported previously about jamming exercise, I suppose the GPS will be out for a while in the area.
