With the UK and Belgium having some of the strictest rules for foreign travel, what could that flight be? (Unless it is cargo, which would not be surprising, given the airport of departure: BQH = London Biggin Hill! But then, the airport of destination LCY is an essentially passenger airport)

From what I know it was a charter for a hockey team.
