Is 11:55 departure from GHA or arrival in OST ? I heard from departure at 07:00 at GHA

That is effectivly arrival time in Ostend.
So departure in Ghardaia at 7AM is very well possible. Although I might think it is a bit later ... as I don't believe it really is 5h flying from there, no? :s

It’s a 0710 departure in GHA, 4h35 flight time because they’re cruising only at FL210.

The cruising speed of the An-22 is 560 km/h, slower than a jet. Thus 5 hrs seems indeed reasonable.

I have no information if it is underway but it will probably not show up on Fkightradar 24 for the first ~1\3 of the flight due to radar coverage.
