EBOS Ostend: Belair operating hours

On a pilot forum I came across a foreigner who had flown into Ostend and found the Belair restaurant closed, at 19:50 (local), yet its website claims open till 22:00, 7 days per week. Has this recently changed or was the chap just in bad luck?
